He has gone over this line in 3 of the last 5 starts, but they were against the Mariners, Royals, and Blue Jays. Those are all very easy Outs matchups. Now he faces a hot Tigers offense (Even after the dud last night). They have worked counts and shown more patience. They have a lot of lefties in the lineup, which could prove difficult for Roupp. Roupp is under this line in 6 of 9 home starts and I like him to stay under again.
